Buyers must provide a valid state Sales Tax ID, along with their billing, shipping and contact information.
Estimated ship dates are provided to buyer upon order confirmation, and shipping fees will be invoiced.
Minimum wholesale order is $200 plus shipping charges.

Payments are due at the time of ordering. Invoices will be sent via email using PayPal. We accept all PayPal payments options. At this time, we do not accept payment terms (net 30, 60 days, etc) for direct wholesale orders.
Turnaround time for orders vary from 1-3 weeks depending on order size, product availability, and our production schedule.
Shipping charges are calculated and billed separately once the order is prepared for shipment. Invoice will be sent via email using PayPal. All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS from Clayton, NC. Buyer will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment. International customers are responsible for any additional import fees, tariffs, or taxes. Local NC pickup and delivery are available upon request.
Returns are not accepted. We will refund or replace a product that is defective or broken in transit. Replacement requests must be placed via email to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. Photos of damaged items may be requested for a refund or replacement to be processed.
Orders may be revised or canceled within 48 hours from the time the order was placed. Orders canceled after 48 hours will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Orders that have already shipped are unable to be canceled.
As a retailer/stockist, we will list your business name and location on our website to help assist consumers where they can purchase Cornelia Home products.
