WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY CANDLE?
- When you first light your candle allow it to burn at least 2-3 hours to ensure the coconut wax melts evenly.
- Trim your wick 1/4 inch before every burn to avoid unnecessary smoke.
- Burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time to preserve the fragrance.
- Allow the wax to solidify before relighting.
- Place candle on heat-resistant surface.
- Burn within sight and extinguish before leaving room.
- Burn candle away from flammable items.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Do not burn candle when less than 1/4” of wax remains in the glass.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRIM MY CANDLE WICK?You should always trim away the burnt portion of the wooden wick to 1/4" or shorter before lighting. (Pro-tip: Use an angled wick trimmer for easy candle maintenance.) If your wooden wick is left too long, it may not properly pull up wax and extinguish itself or cause sooting (black smoke). Keeping the wick trimmed ensures you're able to fully enjoy your candle.
WHY DO YOU USE COCONUT WAX IN YOUR CANDLES?
There are a lot of reasons we love coconut wax! It doesn’t produce soot like other candle waxes, it burns longer, and it’s eco-friendly. For more info on why we use coconut wax, check out the benefits here.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Our goal is to ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. However, during high volume periods (holidays, sales), order processing times may increase. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at email@example.com.
HOW DOES LOCAL DELIVERY WORK?
We offer local delivery to customers within a 5 mile radius of our warehouse in Morrisville, NC. Customers must select the Shop Pay option to activate this feature. There is a $5 delivery fee for all orders under $75. Delivery is free for orders $75 and up. We deliver only on Mondays and Fridays from 9am-4pm. DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We currently only ship within the US and Canada. We are working to expand our delivery zones. Contact us at email@example.com if you would like your area added to our list. You can also sign up for our newsletter to stay informed of new delivery zones.
THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK.
We strive to keep inventory on hand, but once in a while, we may sell out. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, follow us @shopcorneliahome, or join our newsletter to stay up to date on restock dates.
WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You will receive a refund for the full amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our returns page for further details. All sale items are final sale.
In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on availability or incorrect pricing. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding a canceled order.
CAN YOU SEND A GIFT DIRECTLY TO A RECIPIENT FOR ME?
Yes, we can ship your gift directly to the recipient. Simply enter their contact information (name, address) under the "shipping address" section.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SEND A GIFT TO MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS?
You can definitely send gifts to multiple recipients. In order to properly ensure tracking and cover shipping costs, please place a separate order per recipient by adding their contact information (name, address) under the "shipping address" section.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
We offer gift wrapping for a minimal fee of $5.00 per order.
