ORDER PROCESSING
+ We process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and government holidays) after receiving your order email confirmation.
+ Please note we will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

DOMESTIC + INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
+ We currently ship to the US and Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you live outside of the US and Canada, and would like us to consider shipping to your area, email us at support@corneliahome.com.
+ Domestic only :: Free shipping on orders $75 and up.
+ Due to COVID-19, minor shipping delays may occur due to safety precautions. We will send you an email confirmation with tracking details on when you can expect to receive your order.
+ All shipping rates are taxed per North Carolina Department of Revenue.
LOCAL DELIVERY
+ Local delivery is available for orders within a 5 mile radius from our warehouse in Morrisville, NC for a delivery fee of $5.
+ Must use Shop Pay payment option to enable local delivery feature. Option is not available with any other payment method.
+ Free local delivery for orders $75 and up.
+ Deliveries are made from 9am-1pm on Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of a specific delivery time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES
+ We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You will receive a refund for the full amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
+ In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@corneliahome.comwith your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
